Thanks for a great 10 years!
Salt Bar closed its doors on September 7th, 2013.
I want to update you on the transformation of Salt Bar into Thelma on Clinton. The renovation team is hard at work. We are putting in new floors, a new bar top and banquettes; we are redesigning the kitchen space for greater efficiency; and we are choosing the finishing touches to make Thelma shine.
I also want to let you know about the Kickstarter project that we recently launched. As you probably know, Kickstarter is a new way to fund creative projects through crowdsourcing. I invite you to visit our project page, where we have a video and more information on the Thelma project. And if you would like to participate, that would be wonderful! The campaign offers some fun rewards that will allow you to be involved in this project in a unique way.
But most importantly, I hope to see all of you at Thelma on Clinton upon our opening in November. I will update this page closer to our opening day. At that time, I will also introduce our "Founding Diner" program, which may be of interest to guests who plan to frequent Thelma on a recurring basis.
I'm very excited about our progress, and cannot wait to introduce you all to Thelma very soon!
